Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwanted garments back into their original Itsy Bitsy packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene stickers remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
